I'm Jess, helping women feel better in real life. More energy, less overwhelm and building habits that last!

I’m a certified health coach with over 20 years of experience in healthcare based in Bournemouth. I'm also a Mum of one and a wife who loves the simple things in life. A walk on the beach, a good cup of coffee and time spent with my favourite people.

I believe good health is more than just the absence of illness. It’s having the energy to enjoy the day, the resilience to cope with what life throws at us and ability to eat and move without pain and discomfort. Everyone’s version of health looks different, and my role is to help you find yours.

Whether you’re feeling a little off track or ready to make lasting changes, I’ll meet you where you are. Together, we’ll focus on the key areas to feeling good: nutrition, movement, sleep, stress, mindset, joy and purpose. I want you to feel confident, uplifted, and in control of your health.

Includes: 1 hr consultation and x1 30 minute follow up, 2 weeks later.

For those who want to feel better but don't know where to start. This is about understanding your body, your energy and how your day to day habits may be affecting your health.

We'll work out where small changes could make the biggest difference and give you back a spring in your step.

Real Life Reset

6 week programme

£245

Includes: 90 minute in depth consultation followed by x3 30 minute follow ups every 2 weeks for 6 weeks.

For people who are tired of quick fix's and fads and want structured support to getting their health back on track.

This programme helps you tweak your lifestyle habits so you feel like yourself again, not overwhelmed or burnt out.

You’ll gain:

• More consistent energy (without overhauling your life).

• Less overwhelm around food and health decisions.

• Habits that hold up through busy weeks, social plans and family life.

• Tools to cope with stress so your body can function at it's best.

What to expect:

• In depth lifestyle, diet and health history review.

• A co-created action plan focused on sustainable habits.

• Support between sessions for questions and reassurance.

My journey to health coaching.

Health wasn’t always my priority. In my 20s, calories were out and being thin was in. Growing up in the 90s, I was surrounded by diet culture. Glossy magazines preaching the latest “miracle diet,” and shaming any celebrity who dared to have cellulite! Like many, I fell into the same cycle: restricting myself, feeling guilty, and battling digestive issues like IBS. I thought that was just me.

By my 30s, my body was sending clear signals that it wasn’t happy. Constipation, diarrhoea, and constant discomfort had become part of my daily life. I’d had enough. I wanted to feel good again and to enjoy life, not be in pain after every meal. That’s when I started learning about food, nutrition, and the power of REAL ingredients. Once I understood how much food could heal, I never looked back.

At 36, I became a mum. I was very fortunate and my pregnancy was smooth and healthy, I felt amazing. I was finally taking care of my body instead of punishing it. Of course, when my son arrived, everything changed. Sleep deprivation became real, and I started running on caffeine and sugar just to keep up. I was chasing energy instead of creating it.

As time went on, things began to balance out. I started moving my body again. This time not for vanity like in my 20's, but for mental clarity. My love for health and nutrition returned, but this time it came with perspective. I realised that true wellbeing isn’t about being perfect, it's about embracing what's realistic for the season you're in. Life is about feeling good, not striving for an impossible ideal. There’s no point in chasing perfection if it leaves us more stressed than before.


Through my own journey, I’ve learned that true health comes from balance and acceptance. That’s why I’m so passionate about helping others do the same. Whether it’s through small lifestyle changes, a gentler approach to nutrition, or simply learning to listen to your body. My goal is to help you find a version of health that feels realistic, joyful and most importantly,
something that works for you!
